In November 2017 Consilium Development completed and subsequently evaluated several major development projects that started before the summer of 2017.
Some of these projects include:
Change Management – application workshop for the regional bank managers, branch managers, lecturers and bank call centers employees
Proactive Sales training program for managers and retail bankers tailored for another client of ours from the banking sector
Training and application workshops on the Customer Typology and Assertive Communication personalized for the Customer Service Center and the Sales Support Center of our client from the insurance sector
Proactive sales training for the sales representatives of an international trade company
Stress Management in the communication with clients customized for the needs of a call centre in the insurance sector
In all cases, we were pleased to receive positive feedback from both clients and participants in the training sessions.
