In April coaching meetings are fully starting as a part of a major coaching project for our client from the financial sector. Pre-setting of the development project, as well as initial meetings of the coaches with the managers that are being coached had already taken place in March.
Each of the key managers, who has been chosen to take part in the development project, will spend many hours with one of our trained coaches until the end of the year. We believe that the time spent with our coaches will be purposeful for them and beneficial not only for their managerial and work activities, but also for their personal development.
